Nwodo: No going back on Democracy

Yesterday in Abuja January 5, 2010 the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Dr. Okwesilieze Nwodo said that Nigeria’s commitment to democracy is sacrosanct notwithstanding the teething problems.

The National Chairman said that the ruling Party and government are committed to ensuring that the will of the people prevail in the choice of political leaders in 2011 general election in the country.

According to him, the on-going electoral process within the Party is test for the Party and the country in the democratic journey.
